Designed as a second home, this Florida retreat was envisioned as a warm, light-filled escape centered on relaxed coastal living with an elevated, timeless sensibility.

Expansive glass doors frame views of the deep-water dock, strengthening the home’s connection to its waterfront setting. A soft palette of sandy neutrals and sea-glass blues reflects the surrounding landscape, while woven textures, warm woods, and tailored upholstery add depth and comfort.

The result is a refined yet effortless home that captures the ease of Florida living — a place to gather, unwind, and embrace life on the water.

Harbour Ridge Yacht and Country Club Transformation

Palm City, FL

This golf course home underwent a complete transformation, reimagined to maximize light, flow, and views. The renovation centered on relocating the kitchen and fully opening the living and dining areas, creating a seamless, airy layout designed for modern living and effortless entertaining.

Expansive windows now frame sweeping fairway views, while the open-concept plan allows each space to connect naturally. The redesigned kitchen serves as a central gathering point, blending crisp cabinetry and layered textures with a soft, neutral palette.

Warm wood floors, woven accents, and tailored upholstery add depth and comfort, balancing refinement with relaxed livability. The result is a bright, cohesive home that feels entirely new — thoughtfully designed to embrace both the landscape and the way the homeowners live.

Classical Villa

Lake Wales, FL

This Mediterranean-style home has breathtaking views of rolling hills, showcasing gardens, and the famous “Singing Tower” in the owner’s backyard. This project was a complete transformation. The original décor had darker hues used throughout with carved heavy furniture. The client wanted to furnish the interior to take advantage of the views and the gardens. We mixed traditional furnishings with collected antiques to create this classic abode that has an eclectic twist. What a special year-round getaway to have to escape to.

Riverfront Log Cabin

Old Town, FL

This custom log home sits upon the banks of the beautiful and quiet Suwannee River. The custom carved front door that greets you as you enter is just one of many custom details that make this home spectacular. 25-foot local cypress trees run floor to ceiling in the great room, tongue and groove pine walls bring a warm feeling to the space. The leathered stone countertops are a nice textured element in the interior and exterior kitchens, while the stone fireplace sets off the elegant master bathroom. Spending your afternoons swinging on your hanging daybed in your glassed-in porch that overlooks the Suwannee river would never get old. This unique Florida home is truly a statement home.

This traditional Mediterranean home went through a total transformation. The clients wanted us to take their dark traditional home and create a much lighter oasis with a contemporary flair. We made bold statements with mica and bead faux-finished ceilings and accent walls. This is only one of the many features that make this remodel a successful transformation!

A foundation of soft Alabaster whites creates a luminous, tranquil backdrop, while vibrant turquoise and soft light blue accents introduce a fresh coastal vitality.
